Cooling

Ductless mini-split systems

No ducts, no problem. Ductless mini-splits cool and heat additions, basements, garages and older homes efficiently, with each room controlled independently.

What we do

Ductless Systems: installation, repair and care

Single-zone systems

One indoor unit for a bedroom, sunroom, garage or home office.

Multi-zone systems

Several indoor units on one outdoor unit, each with its own thermostat.

Heating and cooling

Most mini-splits are heat pumps, so the same unit keeps the room comfortable in winter too.

FAQ

Ductless Systems questions, answered

Are ductless systems loud?

Indoor units are very quiet, often under 25 decibels on low.

Can one unit cool the whole house?

In open layouts, sometimes. Most homes need a zone per floor or per group of rooms.

How are they installed?

A small hole through the wall connects the indoor and outdoor units, so there is no need to open walls.
